We want you to love every BeautyMods purchase. This policy is written in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@beautymods.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Return items in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging
  4. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair at no extra cost. We will cover return postage for faulty items.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perfumes and fragrances with a broken or tampered seal
  • Opened or used personal care and beauty products

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
